Every piece we carry is chosen or made by hand. We want you confident in what you take home.
14 days, with receipt
You have 14 days from purchase, or delivery for online orders, to request a return or exchange on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, boxes, and documentation. We inspect every return on arrival; pieces showing wear, sizing changes, alterations, or missing components will be declined.
Vintage & pre-owned watches
Final sale. Our vintage and pre-owned watches are one-of-a-kind and sold as-is, with condition described honestly at the point of sale. We photograph each watch and record its reference and serial number at purchase, and we are glad to answer any condition questions before you commit.
Jewelry
Vintage & pre-owned jewelry is final sale, as each piece is one-of-a-kind and sold as-is. New silver and turquoise pieces may be returned within the window if unworn and in original condition, and are checked for stone security and wear on arrival. Engraved or personalized pieces cannot be returned once altered.
Handmade & made-to-order goods
Our in-house quilts and any custom or made-to-order item are produced specifically for you and are final sale. In-stock quilts that are unused and unwashed may be returned within the window for store credit.
Consignment & sale items
Items sold on consignment or from estate collections are final sale. Marked-down, clearance, and promotional items are final sale unless defective.
Refunds
Approved returns within the window are refunded to your original payment method. Returns we choose to accept outside the window, or that do not fully meet condition requirements, are issued as store credit. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or not as described
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from how it was described, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost. This does not apply to the natural age, patina, or character of vintage goods, which is part of what you are buying.
How to start a return
Email Hello@poplarpointnashville.com or stop by the shop with your receipt or order number. We will confirm eligibility and issue a return authorization before you send anything back. Shipped returns must be insured and tracked, and remain your responsibility until they reach us.
